Report: Thomas Tuchel has convinced ‘amazing’ 27-year-old to join Chelsea this summer

Reports suggest Thomas Tuchel has been fundamental in convincing Raheem Sterling to join Chelsea this summer.

According to 90min, the German has promised the 27-year-old that he’ll be a key part of their plans going forward under new owner Todd Boehly.

The Blues’ interest in Sterling is now well-documented, with them keen to sign a forward with a proven Premier League goal threat.

The England international has over 100 goals in the league, after representing both Liverpool and Manchester City, putting him in an exclusive club of players to reach the century mark.
