Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State has revealed his plan to present the 2025 state budget to the Rivers State House of Assembly, under the leadership of Speaker Victor Oko-Jumbo. The announcement was made during the inauguration of two new community town halls and the launch of a scholarship and
