The All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has accused saboteurs of being behind the current fuel scarcity in Nigeria and the redesigning of the naira, claiming that these actions are part of a larger plan to disrupt the 2023 general elections. Tinubu made these statements at an APC presidential campaign rally in Abeokuta, Ogun State, southwest Nigeria, on Wednesday.
Tinubu stated that the fuel scarcity and redesign of the naira would not prevent the APC from winning the election. He urged party supporters and indigenes of Ogun State to come out in large numbers on February 25 to vote for the APC. He also promised to put an end to the fuel crisis and create over 1 million jobs in ICT in the next 24 months.
The APC candidate also promised to ensure that young people in Nigeria have access to quality education and job opportunities. He said, “I guarantee you one thing: there will be student loans, nobody will drop out of university because of school fees; nobody will have to repeat one class for eight years and not graduate; we will make a four-year course a four-year course.”

He also emphasized the importance of security in economic and social development, promising to make Nigeria a safe and peaceful place for all its citizens.
The rally was attended by several high-profile individuals, including the Vice Presidential Candidate
