The Nigeria Police have been alerted about the singer Portable’s allegations that he formed the dangerous one million boys cult, which is more extreme than the Ikorodu variant. In a widely shared video, the Zazzu Zey musician asserts that the group is known as Ajap Boyz. He mentions Sir Ronaldi in the video.
In a press statement from the Force image maker, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, he said, “Sequel to the trending video of one Habeeb Okikiola aka Portable, where he claimed to have formed the One-Million Boys cult group terrorizing some parts of Lagos State, the IGP has ordered CP Lagos to investigate the indicting statement and take necessary legal action.”
He remarked that “this directive is premised on the continuous effort of the Nigeria Police Force to fish out pillars and sponsors of cult groups in order to decimate their activities and restore sanity to our society.”
In the meantime, Portable immediately responded to the police’s rebuttal of his earlier assertions that he had founded the cult group. Another video that he posted tries to explain what the “1-million cult organisation” is all about. He claims that he meant adherents, such as those who attend churches, mosques, or traditional religious institutions.
