Former Nigerian Senate President, David Mark’s Son, Tunde Dies

Jonathan Tunde Mark, the first child of Senator David Mark, a former Senate president, has passed away. Tunde was 51-year-old age.

According to reports, Tunde passed away early on Friday in London, England, after battling a cancer-related illness.

The deceased was a child of David Mark, a former president of the Nigerian Senate. He was born on October 13, 1971, in Otukpo, Benue State, in central Nigeria.

He received his first high school diploma while attending Yaba Military School in Lagos. His secondary education was then completed at Fernden Preparatory School in Surrey, United Kingdom.

Tunde was a Biological chemist. His undergraduate studies were at Kings College in London, where he earned a BSc in science. He later attended the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences at Harvard in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where he studied immunology alongside biochemistry and Biological Sciences.

His daughter was born from his marriage to the daughter of a Chinese politician.
