Thomas Tuchel is said to be given the reigns to get the targets that he wants to see arrive at the club this summer for his squad rebuild, and the offers are starting to go in.

And at the back, he confirms Chelsea’s intentions to try and sign Matthijs De Ligt from Juventus, but also says that Jules Kounde and Nathan Ake are firm targets
