Milan dreaming up hopeful exits for Chelsea midfielder

Chelsea and AC Milan now have something in common, apart from a love of Fikayo Tomori: what on earth to do with Tiemoue Bakayoko?

Milan were happy to get him in last summer on a two year loan deal, but it became clear pretty quickly that he wasn’t going to play much – if at all – and now it appears they want to finish that arrangement as soon as possible.

But unless Chelsea can find somewhere fresh to ship him, they’re hardly going to let Milan get their way.

Sempre Milan report – perhaps hopefully – that Marseille are interested, and could take the problem off their hands.

On the other hand, having just sold Franck Kessie to Barcelona, the Serie A winners may be a little more reluctant to cut the deal short now.

He’s back in training with Stefano Piolo’s team now, we imagine a decision will be reached pretty soon.
